So thankful am I
that I awoke from the wrongs in this life.
Broke away from the lies others had said
evil left on my body and in my head
where nightmares were formed and never left.
But my soul within me resides, in this body of mine
links me back Up to Gods love and Gods sight
guides me to good and to whats right
it shows up in my words, actions and mind.
God lifted me from darkness, back up to the light
so I'd once again see, hear and breathe in heavenly time.
Made me believe I was more than the grief
showed me, how to forgive
soul escapes up to the love in this bliss.
God gives me life so I reach out and give
